What is a home inspection?
The purpose of a home inspection is to identify visible defects and/or conditions that, in the judgment of the inspector, adversely affect the function and/or integrity of the items, components and systems.  Our home inspection report will include:

  • an evaluation of the condition of the home's heating and cooling system;
  • an evaluation of the interior plumbing and electrical system;
  • intense inspection of the roof, attic and visible insulation;
  • in-depth inspection of the walls, ceiling, floors, windows and doors;
  • thorough inspection of the foundation, basement and visible structure; and
  • specialized in phased new home construction

Our Inspection Report is generated using the “Home Guide Reporting System”.  This unique and professional report allows the availability to efficiently generate over 500 specific items with 8 primary categories. These categories are: Structure, Exterior, Roof, Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Cooling, Appliances, and Interior.

A customized Company Logo 3-ring binder will include:

  • Pre-Inspection Agreement
  • Pre-Closing Inspection Checklist
  • Inspection Summary
  • Invoice
  • 8-category tabs providing useful information associated with that particular discipline
  • An evaluation/survey to be used in providing invaluable feedback on the client/inspection experience

Our reports are generated by inspection reporting software which clearly defines all reported areas of your home inspection.
